How to set up Outlook Express to send and recieving emails

  1. Run Outlook Express. From Tools menu select Accounts. (view picture)

  2. In Internet Accounts dialog box click on Add button and select Mail. (view picture)

  3. In Internet Connection Wizard dialog box enter your name in Display name field and click on Next button. (view picture)

  4. Enter your email address in E-mail address field and click on Next button. (view picture)

  5. Select POP3 for My Incoming mail server is a ... server.
    Enter mail.YourDomain.com in Incoming mail (POP3) server field. you must enter your domain name completely. (with its extension : .com, .org, .net, .ir, ...)
    Enter mail.YourDomain.com again in Outgoing mail (SMTP) server field and click on Next button. (view picture)

  6. Enter your email address compeletly in Account name field. e.g.: info@YourDomain.com . If you want Outlook remembers your password and you don't type it each time that you want to connect to your mailbox, type your password and mark remember password (we don't recommend this). click on Next button.   7. Click on Finish button.

  8. In Internet Account dialog box after selecting your email, click on Properties button. (view picture)

  9. Select Servers tab in your email properties dialog box. check My Server Require Authentication in Outgoing Mail Server and click OK. (view picture)

  10. Now your account is ready to send and recieve emails.
